Under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, your personal data is processed by Net Grup Makine Sanayi Ticaret ve Limited Şirketi, acting as the data controller, for the purposes and within the scope explained below.

If you use the contact and project request form, the following information may be processed:
Full name
Email address and telephone number
The company you work for or represent
Machine of interest, wire diameter, material, project description and production requirements
Drawings, images and project files optionally uploaded by you
Please do not include special categories of personal data that are not required for the assessment or personal data belonging to third parties in your technical files.
Purposes of Processing Personal Data
The collected personal data is processed only for the following purposes:
- Receiving, reviewing and responding to your contact or project request
- Evaluating your technical requirements and production targets
- Identifying the appropriate machinery, equipment and engineering solution
- Preparing a quotation and contacting you
- Managing pre-sales and after-sales processes
- Managing information security, record-keeping and audit processes
- Complying with legal obligations and protecting legal rights in the event of a dispute
Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred to the following persons and organizations only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes stated above and provide the relevant services:
- Suppliers providing hosting, email and information technology services
- Technical solution partners and consultants where necessary
- Authorized public institutions and organizations where required to comply with legal obligations
- Lawyers, financial advisers and other authorized consultants for the protection of legal rights
Personal data obtained through the contact form is not transferred outside Türkiye. Our hosting and email infrastructure is provided through servers located in Türkiye. Domestic transfers are carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 8 of Law No. 6698.
Collection Method and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is collected electronically through the completion of the contact and project request form on netmakine.com and, where applicable, the uploading of technical files, by automatic or partially automatic means.
This personal data is processed on the basis of the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of Law No. 6698:
- Processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract
- Processing is necessary for the data controller to comply with its legal obligations
- Processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right
- Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject
Your personal data is processed only on the legal grounds applicable to the relevant data processing activity.
Retention of Personal Data
Your personal data is retained for the period necessary to assess your contact or project request and only for the statutory retention periods prescribed by the applicable legislation.
When the reasons requiring the processing of your personal data cease to exist and there is no statutory obligation to retain it, your personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Your Rights Under the Law
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information if your personal data has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred within Türkiye or abroad
- To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in the Law
- To request that correction, deletion or destruction operations be communicated to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred
- To object to a result arising against you as a consequence of your personal data being analyzed exclusively through automated systems
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage because your personal data has been processed unlawfully

You may submit your requests under the Personal Data Protection Law, together with information and documents sufficient to verify your identity, using one of the following methods:

The subject line should state “Personal Data Protection Application.”Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and no later than 30 days, depending on the nature of the request. If the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
